Ingredients :
Gourd - half kg
Potato - 1 pcs
Green chillies - 5-8 pcs
Cumin - As needed
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Tumeric - 1 teaspoon
Oil - As needed
Methods of making :
First take half kg gourd. Then cut them into small pieces. The smaller you cut the gourd, the better it will boil and fry.
Discard the thin covering when cutting the gourd. It is inedible.
Take 1 piece of potato. Make it 10-12 pcs after opening. You can take 2 potatoes if you want. But 1 piece of potato is enough for this curry.
Add oil to the pan. Heat oil on medium heat.After the oil is hot, add cumin as required. Fry cumin for 30 seconds.
Now add the vegetables to the pan. The oil must be hot during this time. Now add the necessary ingredients and fry the vegetables.Add salt and turmeric as needed. I used 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon tumeric. Tumeric will make the color of the curry attractive.
Mix all the ingredients together well. The better the ingredients are mixed, the better the taste.
Now add water as needed. The water will help the vegetables to boil.
Now take 5-8 pcs green chillies. Chop the chillies. Not everyone likes chili. So add chillies as per your requirement.
Cover the pan for 5 minutes. Now everything will boil better. After 5 minutes remove the lid.
Keep the curry in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat.Then take it down.
Then take it down.Now it is ready to serve. This is how you can make this very easily.It is a healthy dish and also delicious to eat.
