Ingredients :
Stem amaranth - 250 grams
Pumpkin - 250 grams
Potatoes - 2 pcs
Pointed gourd - 2 pcs
Chilli - 8-10 pcs
Bay leaves - 2 pcs
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - As needed
Oil - As needed
Methods of making :
Take 250 grams of pumpkin. Cut the pumpkin seam into 13-15 pieces. Wash thoroughly with water after cutting.
Add oil to the pan. Heat oil on medium heat.After the oil is hot, add cumin as required. Fry cumin for 30 seconds.
After frying cumin keep it aside in another bowl. Then fry the pumpkin.
Add pumpkin to hot oil. Fry for 3 minutes on medium heat. It is important to fry well before boiling.
Take 2 potatoes. Cut each potato into 5 pieces. Wash thoroughly with water after cutting. The thinner the potato, the better it will boil and fry.
Add potatoes to hot oil. The thinner the size of the potato, the better it will fry. Fry the potatoes for 3-5 minutes. Pumpkin & potatoes should be boiled after frying them.
Add water as needed after frying the potatoes. No need to add extra water.
Cover the pan for 2-3 minutes. By this time the potatoes & pumpkin will be boiled. After this time open the lid and follow next process.
Wait until the water boils.The vegetables will boil quickly in hot water.
Take 250 grams of stem amaranth. Cut each stem amaranth seam into 4-5 pieces. Discard the thin coating while slicing. Wash thoroughly with water after cutting.
Now add stem amaranth. Wait 3-5 minutes for it to boil. It will not taste good if it is not boiled well.
Add salt and turmeric as needed. I used 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon tumeric.Tumeric will make the color of the curry attractive.
Take 2 bay leaves. Tear them in half. There will be 4 pieces after tearing. Then add it to Pan. Bay leaves will give extra flavor to the curry.
Take 8-10 pcs chillies. Cut them in half. Not everyone likes chili. So add chili as you need.
Take 2 pointed gourd. Cut each pointed gourd seam into 3-4 pieces. Discard the thin coating while slicing.
Now add the pointed gourd. Wait for 3 minutes to boil.
Cover the pan for another 5 minutes. Now everything will boil better. After 5 minutes remove the lid.
Keep the curry in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat.Then take it down.
Then take it down.Now it is ready to serve. This is how you can make this very easily.It is a healthy dish and also delicious to eat.
