Ingredients:
Kalmi vegetables (250 grams)
Potatoes (2 pcs)
Mustard (As per quantity)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Turmeric (1 teaspoon)
Methods of making :
Wash the vegetables well and chop the potatoes.
Add mustard to the hot oil.
Then add potatoes to it and add turmeric as per instructions.
Add water.
Cover the pan for 5 minutes.
Add vegetables and salt as per instructions.
Again cover the pan for 5 minutes.
Keep it in the oven for another 5 minutes to mix all the ingredients well.
Then take it down.Now it is ready to serve. This is how you can make this very easily.It is a healthy dish and also delicious to eat.
