Beetroot cutlets', to look and taste just the way you like.

I hope you have a very successful day today.I had been getting more beetroot these days. That's why I try to try different recipes with beetroot. Today, I am bringing you one of those delicious recipes that I have successfully made. That is beetroot cutlets. It is very easy to make. All you need are the ingredients that are available at home. So, let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • About four medium-sized beetroots
  • Four pods of green chillies
  • A half large onion
  • A few curry leaves
  • A tablespoon of chilli pieces
  • A teaspoon of cumin powder
  • One and half teaspoons of salt powder
  • Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Half teaspoon of pepper powder
  • 150ml of oil
  • There tablespoons of water
  • Two tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 25g of breadcrumbs
  • A fairly large potato, boiled and mashed
    well

The method of making;

Grate the beetroot after removing the skins, washing it well, and cleaning it.

Cut the well-washed and cleaned half large onion, curry leaves, and green chilies into very small pieces.

Add mashed potatoes.

Then add chopped green chillies, onions and curry leaves.

After that add turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt powder, pepper powder and chili pieces to it.

Now mix all this well.

Today I thought I should make heart-shaped cutlets with this mixture. You can make them in any shape you like. We often see cutlets made in the shape of balls. I thought I should make these cutlets in a different shape.

Now we need to make the usual batter required for this. To do this, add water to the flour and make a regular thick batter.

Carefully dip it in this liquid and then coat it in the breadcrumbs.

Now heat the oil well. Add the heart shaped cutlets to the heated oil. Fry well on medium heat.

A really special and delicious cutlet with a very beautiful appearance and a special difference. This is made in a different shape, one that I thought of. But this is another delicious recipe that can be made with beetroot. Even if we don't have a recipe that we always try, even if someone doesn't like to eat beetroot, they can make this cutlet the way they want to eat it. Even though it has such spicy ingredients, it is not so spicy when eaten. So you can change the ingredients and make it to your liking.
