May it be a day to achieve success.Although vegetarians like to eat many types of food, they cannot eat them, because meat/fish are included in all those foods.A capsicum filling that is especially suitable for vegetarians, but can be made to be eaten by others as well.Let's see how to make this capsicum filling that is rich in appearance and rich in taste.
Ingredients;
- Four good and long-shaped capsicum pods
- Four tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- A tablespoon of cornflour
- Three tablespoons of wheat flour
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A teaspoon of chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt powder
- 100ml of oil
- 20ml of water
- A large boiled potato
- About four small onions, cut into very
small pieces - About two cloves of garlic, finely
- Chopped A few curry leaves, finely
chopped - A piece of pandan, finely chopped
The method of making;
Mash the boiled potato pieces into small pieces.
Then add chopped onions, garlic, curry leaves with pandan leaves to it.
After that add turmeric powder,chilli powder, pepper powder and half teaspoon of salt powder.
Now mix well all nicely.
Now let's prepare the capsicum pods properly. For that, cut the long stalk and remove it.
Capsicums so that it does not split in the middle and remove the seeds inside.
Stuff the mashed potato mixture inside.
Add bread flour and cornflour to a bowl.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder and mix all.
Dip the Capsicums pods with the prepared filling in this flour batter.
Now add water little by little to the flour mixture to make the liquid.
Dip the Capsicums again in the liquid.
Coat the breadcrumbs.
Fry in normal flame until golden brown.
**You don't have to worry about the lack of taste of meat and fish, actually this brings a different and richer taste. Entertain guests at a meal, please your family and friends, and you can prepare this capsicum filling as a snack during a fun trip. **
