Wishing that tomorrow will be the same, I brought a vegetarian snack to my dear friends in the arts whom I love. I think this recipe will be important for vegetarians as well as those who like to cook differently. These are rolls made from cabbage. This is a different method. But you will love it. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- A cabbage so that the cabbage leaves can
be taken out - Two tablespoons of bread flour
- 100ml of oil
- A large boiled and mashed potato
- Cut half a ripe tomato into small pieces
- Cut half an onion into small pieces
- Cut three green chillies into small
pieces - Grated a small piece of carrot
- Cut some curry leaves into small pieces
- Two and half tablespoons of water
- Two cups of hot water
- About a few toothpicks
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- One and half teaspoons of salt powder
- A teaspoon of chilli powder
- A teaspoon of cumin powder
- 30g of breadcrumbs
The method of making;
Remove the cabbage leaves from the cabbage so that they can be cleanly separately.
Add two cups of boiling hot water to a bowl.
After about ten minutes, remove the cabbage leaves from the water.
Add the mashed potatoes and add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, carrots and curry leaves.
Then add cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper powder and a teaspoon of salt powder.
Mix well.
Soaked in hot water, these cabbage leaves can be folded flexibly without breaking. Keep a little of the potato mixture in the middle and fold it in the order shown in the pictures.
Now hold the end of the cabbage leaf with the help of a toothpick.
Now let's make the batter. For that, add the flour mixture and add half a teaspoon of salt powder and water little by little and make the normal liquid mixture.
Now dip the cabbage roll in the batter and then roll it in breadcrumbs.
Add to the hot oil and fry on medium heat until both sides are golden.
This potato roll made from cabbage leaves has a really different taste. Although it is a taste of a roll, this one brings a different taste. I like very much. My family also liked this very much. When you feel hungry, you can take a little time to make this delicious snack and taste it.
