How are you, Good evening to all dear friends. A few days later I came to see my beloved friends.So today I brought you a very delicious recipe. A vegetarian recipe. That's "Hummingbird flower tempura". We call it kathurumurunga flower tempura. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 250g of Hummingbird flowers
- A chopped b onion
- A chopped tomato
- A capsicum cut into long strips
- Two tablespoons of oil
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A tablespoon of chilli pieces
- A few curry leaves
- Chopped garlic
- Few cinnamon pieces
- Chopped green chillies
- Two teaspoons of tomato sauce
The method of making;
First, wash and clean the petals of Kathurumuranga flowers. Its green parts and inner parts should be removed.
Add oil to the pan and when the oil heats up, add the chopped garlic.
Add chopped big onions and capsicum and stir.
Add salt powder and turmeric powder.
Add cinnamon, green chillies and curry leaves and cook on low flame for two to three minutes.
Add chilli pieces and stir well again.
Now add kathurumurunga flower petals.
Keep stirring for about a minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes and two teaspoons of tomato sauce.
Stir well and remove from heat.
A very tasty recipe. A very tasty tempura. Better suited for a vegetarian. And its quality is very high.I invite my dear friends to try these ingredients if they get them.
