Ingredients;

  • 200g of potatoes
  • Two tablespoons of bread flour
  • 150ml of oil
  • A teaspoon of chopped ginger
  • A tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
  • Half teaspoon of pepper powder
  • Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Two tablespoons of tomato sauce

The method of making;

First take a bowl of water and add turmeric powder to it and stir it well.

Now peel the potatoes.

Now cut the potatoes into long strips.

Now put these potato strips in the water that has been by adding turmeric powder.

After about 5 minutes, wash these potato strips with clean water.

Now put the bread flour in a bowl and spread these potato strips well in the bread flour.

Fry these potato strips in deep oil until golden.

Add a tablespoon of oil from the remaining oil to another pan and when the oil heats up, add chopped ginger and garlic.

Saute it for a minute on low flame and add the remaining salt powder and pepper powder.
