Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, Today is Saturday, the first day of the relaxing weekend. The weather is very good. So I wish my friends a good afternoon. And that all the work you do today will be successful.I am a person who likes and loves beans. Because I really like to cook green beans that way. Bean curry, bean tempura, whatever I do, I make it in such a way that the green colour do not go off. So today I brought you a bean curry. Make it for a different taste, in a new way. But keeping the green as it is. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 100g of green beans
- A tablespoon of oil
- 1/4 cup of thick coconut milk
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- Half teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- About 4 cloves of crushed garlic
- Half a large onion, chopped
- About three green chilies, cut into long
pieces - Curry leaves
- A piece of finely chopped Rampe leaves
- A ripe tomato cut into small pieces
The method of making;
Remove the stamens from the green beans.
Then wash the beans well and cut them into 2 inch pieces.
Now heat a pan and add oil to it, when the oil gets hot, add mustard seeds.
When the mustard seeds splutter, add the crushed garlic.
Stir well for about a minute.
Now add chopped onion and curry leaves with pandan leaves.
Then add turmeric, salt powder and stir well.
Now add the chopped beans. Add the beans and stir-fry on low heat for about a minute.
Now add 1/4 cup of coconut milk.
When the milk boils, add the chilli pieces.
Now stir everything well in low flame and finally add chopped tomato pieces and turn off the stove. Leave it like this for about a minute and remove it from the heat.
**This dish is actually the tastiest way I've made beans. This is really very interesting. And there is no spicy. Even if you add chili pieces, you won't feel spicy. I thought that this curry goes very well with yellow rice. Even children can be given. Also, this delicious bean curry is a dish that everyone in family can eat in the same way.
