That certainly looks like a scrumptious spread to me! I love veggies, and salads are one of my favorite things. Even though I am not vegan nor vegetarian, I do eat veggie-burgers and such sometimes. In fact, I had one earlier today on a brioche bun, with some frozen potato wedges, all cooked in the toaster oven. It was a very quick and yummy meal!
Thank you so much. I love non vegans and veggies that are not opposed to non meat items. Our vegan restaurant has mostly non vegans dining there for some reason. It's nice that people are open minded with their tastes.
