It's been a long time since I cooked mushrooms. . 3 stalks of mushrooms
. 4 pieces of fried tofu
. 1/4 bean sprouts.
The three ingredients can be more to your taste.

. 5 cloves of shallots
. 2 cloves of garlic
. 20 pieces of cayenne pepper

Step 1. Cut the tofu into small squares and cut the mushrooms lengthwise.

Second step.Heat the Frying pan and add cooking Three tablespoons oil In the Frying pan,once it is hot,add the sliced garlic,red onion and cayenne pepper. Stir fry until wilted.

Step three: Put one glass of water into the Frying pan,after it boils. Put all the ingredients in a Frying pan

Add salt and seasoning to taste. Stir and cook until done.
