I think I should be named Pudding Ambassador for this group because I often make pudding. I really like pudding because apart from being rich in fiber, it is also very easy to make. Apart from that, pudding is very easy to make, so easy in my opinion, I can make pudding with many variations without my wife's help and I can modify my own pudding according to my current imagination.
Like now, I usually use this ingredient to make my wife and I's daily smoothies, but now I have the idea that this ingredient can also be used as pudding, of course. Then I looked for jelly powder and it turned out that my wife still had jelly powder as stock for one of our food ingredients. and now I will make green pudding for the first time. If I make smoothies without granulated sugar, I currently make the pudding with the addition of this one ingredient.
and now let's see what the ingredients are for making green pudding:
1. 1/4 pineapple
2. 50 grams of green mustard greens
3. 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
4. 500 ml water
5. 1 pack of instant coconut milk measuring 65 ML
6. 1 pack of colorless gelatin/jelly flour
how to make :
1. Cut the pineapple into small pieces that have been peeled and cleaned then put them in a blender.
2. After that I cut the mustard greens and only used the leaves while I left the stems and put them in the blender along with the pineapple
3. After that I poured the water into the blender then I ground it until smooth
4. Without straining, I just leave the vegetable and fruit fibers and then I put them into a small saucepan
5. Then I put granulated sugar into the small saucepan
6. Then don't forget to mix in the instant coconut milk and stir it slowly
7. Finally, I put the jelly powder into the small pan and stirred it well so it doesn't clump
8. After that, cook it on medium heat
9. Keep stirring, don't leave it alone because you're afraid our pudding will burn.
10. After boiling, let it sit for about 5 minutes then put it into the mold
11. Leave it until the pudding hardens and we can remove it from the mold.
After I took it out of the mold and the results didn't disappoint me, it tasted sweet but not too sweet because there were a lot of ingredients mixed in here. and it turns out that my composition in making this pudding is very suitable to my taste. it's a successful mission and I love my current work.
In the future, I will make pudding, especially. Can anyone give advice, friends? Keep following my posts so you know what other puddings I will make in the future. Healthy greetings and happy activities to friends in this Hive community. and greetings from tomidiwirja, Indonesia
