make delicious and soft corn Hunkwee.

hello all HIVe friends in this community, tonight I am not making pudding, but the method of making it is almost the same as pudding, then the ingredients I use are also almost the same as in making pudding, but I think the level of taste is much better than this Hunkwe pudding, however, I still choose pudding because the gelatin powder is rich in fiber which is really needed by the body, especially during the current summer season which is happening in my area. and to make this recipe I will share it with you until it is finished

Materials needed :

1. 2 cobs of sweet corn

2. 1 packet of Hunkwee flour

3. 2 glasses of fresh coconut milk

4. 50 grams of palm sugar

5. 1 pandan leaf

how to make :

1. I grated the corn that I had peeled first. If you don't want the hassle, you can blend it or use other grinding tools. Technically it's up to you to make the job easier, but right now I prefer to grate it because I just want to exercise for a moment...he ..he

2. After I'm done shredding it, I put the palm sugar straight in without slicing it first, because during the cooking process the palm sugar will dissolve by itself.

3. After the palm sugar is added, the next ingredient I mix is the Hunkwee flour

4. Only after the Hunkwee flour is added, we just put the coconut milk into the container

5. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and don't forget the pandan which I have tied in a knot so it doesn't get too long

6. Then cook until completely cooked, that is, after the mixture boils, stir again until it really thickens. The aim is so that the Hunkwe flour is completely cooked.

7. Once the mixture is cooked, immediately put it into the mold and let it sit at room temperature until it cools, then remove it from the mold

8. Once it comes out of the mold you can enjoy it straight away or you can also store it in the refrigerator first to cool.

9. HunKwe corn can now be enjoyed.

To be successful in making this recipe, there are no special tips, only that you have to take into account the water you will use so that the cake is not too soft and cannot be removed from the mold. Then, if you use a blender to grind the corn, you can immediately mix in the coconut milk so you don't need any more water, so your mixture will be safe and won't be soft. and if you don't have pandan leaves in stock you can replace them with vanilla or if you don't have any then there's no problem with that.
and thank you for reading my recipe and being able to accept my recipe.
