make Dragon fruit pudding without sugar

Hi Hive friends, don't get bored following my posts which are full of pudding recipes, and it seems like the more I get here, the more hours I have to make pudding and indirectly my brain works automatically to make pudding with new recipes that are far away healthier. Usually when I make pudding the additional ingredient that I never miss is the use of granulated sugar because if we don't use this ingredient then the pudding will taste bland and tend not to have any taste, but I was inspired by the smoothies that my wife makes every day without sugar but with taste. which is naturally sweet and tastes quite delicious, that's where I will make this pudding recipe from the smoothie ingredients that I use and honestly I don't know the results until the pudding is cold and can come out of the existing mold.

The ingredients I used to make this pudding are:

1. 1 pack of colorless Agar Flour

2. 1 Dragon fruit with a maximum weight of 250 grams to make this recipe

3. ½ pineapple

4. 1 pack of instant coconut milk measuring 65 ML (if you want to make the pudding taste much fatter you can add another pack of instant coconut milk, but in this recipe I don't want my pudding to be too fatty because of the coconut milk.)

5. 600 ML water

6. 1 spoonful of cornstarch. (as usual, cornstarch is used in this pudding to bind the pudding so that when it is removed from the mold, the pudding will harden and not be watery.)

The procedure for making this pudding is:

1. Peel the pineapple and remove the eyes then cut it into 2 parts, I made one part for this recipe and the other part I made for my smoothies later and every time I make a recipe using pineapple I never throw away the pineapple bones because the pineapple bones are also very useful for body then cut the pineapple into small pieces and put it in a blender

2. Halve the red dragon fruit then take the flesh and put it in a blender along with the pineapple

3. and add one spoonful of cornstarch and mix it into the blender

4. After that, mix the water and blender until smooth like we make smoothies, once it is smooth without filtering the fruit pulp first, put it in a saucepan

5. After that, add the next ingredient, namely agar powder

6. Don't forget to add the coconut milk, and stir all the ingredients slowly

7. Then cook over medium heat until it boils

8. After boiling, let it rest for a moment then put it into the mold provided

9. Wait until the pudding is completely cold and can be removed from the mold.

10. And this pudding will taste much better if it is put in the refrigerator and cooled a little.

My pudding is ready, the thick aroma produced by the pineapple and the natural sweet taste of the dragon fruit and pineapple make the taste of my pudding not bland, or maybe because my tongue doesn't accept foods that are too sweet so when I consume this pudding I feel like this pudding delicious and worth making again. However, if you doubt the taste and you want to add white sugar to it then this won't be a big problem. everything is allowed. and wait for my next recipe
