When making tofu from soybeans, the remains - okara, soy pulp - are often used for other dishes. Can this be done with the remains from peas too? Or maybe peas are so soft that there is no leftover pulp?

There is leftover and it can be used too. They are soft but not that soft. Well, maybe with a powerful blender, like the vitamix, it can get smooth enough that you can even use it all for the tofu.
