Hello my lovely hive friends , lots of love from me .Really I am very happy and enjoying this hive platform .Today I am going to share one of my favourite recipe - Cabbage fry recipe which is too much delicious and very healthy .Actually Cabbage fry recipe is very healthy recipe. Really it is an absolutely vegan recipe .Today's recipe is Worship special vegan recipe.Lets start this recipe..

Ingredients

1.Cabbage- 700 gm
2.Coconut -4 tbsp
3.Cashew nuts- 2 tbsp
4.Ripe tomato-1/2
5.Vetch -50 gm
6.Potato-1 piece
7.Bay leaves -3
8.Dry chilli-3
9.Raw chilli -6
10.Tumaric powder -1 tbsp
11.Salt-1 tbsp
12.Dry chilli poste-2 tbsp
13.Raw chilli paste-2 tbsp
14 Cumin paste-3 tbsp
15.Water -1 Cup
16.Mustrad oil-4 tbsp
17.Garam masala powder- 2/3 tbsp
18.Dry chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
19.Cumin-1/2 tbsp
20.Sugar- 2 tbsp

How to make healthy Cabbage fry recipe ?

1.Take fresh cabbage and cut flake .

2.Keep vetch wet in water 2.5 hours.

3.Take flake coconut and nuts .
4.Take chop tomato,Bay leaves , Raw chilli, dry chilli and flake potato.
5.Take cumin paste, raw chilli paste, ripe chilli paste,tumaric powder and salt.
6.Take sugar

7.keep a pan one the oven .Mix 1 cup water in pan .Mix cabbage with water .Boil slightly.Take out cabbage from pan.

8.Mix 4 tbsp mustrad oil and add bay leaves ,dry chilli ,cumin .
9.Mix potato .
10.Mix raw chilli and chop tomato.

11.Mix vetch .
12.Mix flake coconut.
13.Mix cumin paste, raw chilli paste ,dry chilli paste and blend properly.
14.Mix cabbage

15.Fry cabbage 18 minutes.
