This looks so fresh and good, Pesto can be quite strong. I've only made the ones at school and the two I made here and I don't see them as a sauce to eat pasta with only that pesto. I like your version, it's very different but also more friendly. Avocado is great, I love them haha and in my country you can find all shapes and sized of them!

Yeah avocado Will make the taste lighter. So can try, and avoid using celery too.
