A few days ago I harvested bananas in my garden, this is a delicious type of banana to make various snacks. My three children are growing up and they are always hungry, so today I will make banana snacks for them. So that children don't get bored with snacks made from bananas, I will make snacks made from bananas that are different from usual days. I'm going to make the bananas like dumplings, but with a sweet filling of ripe bananas. I call them banana dumplings.
The taste of this banana dumplings is very liked by children, even my husband also likes the taste of banana dumplings, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Even though I didn't add salt or sugar to the dough, the banana dumplings still tasted delicious, because the bananas I used were jackfruit bananas which were fragrant and very sweet when the bananas were ripe on the tree.
MATERIALS TO MAKE BANANA DUMPLINGS
The ingredients for making banana dumplings consist of several parts, namely ingredients for wonton skins, ingredients for the filling, ingredients for the wet dough and also dry dyes.
The Ingredients for the skin consisting of :
250 grams of bread flour
100 grams of rice flour
200 mL water / enough
The ingredients for the wet dough are :
3 tablespoons of flour
100 mL of ice water
The ingredients for the filling are ripe bananas, I use 2 of them.
The material for covering the dough I use 8 tablespoons of panir flour.
300 mL of cooking oil for frying the dough
How to Make Banana Dumplings
1.I will make the skin first, mix wheat flour with rice flour.
2.Add water little by little until a dough can be formed, after forming the dough, I leave it for a while.
3.Puree the ripe bananas
4.Take enough dough, about two tablespoons.
5.Flatten the dough so we can fill it with bananas.
6.Enter the banana into the dough that has been flattened.
7.Then close the skin so you don't see the banana filling, trim it.
8.Next I will make a wet dough by mixing flour with ice water. Add water little by little to the flour until a thin dough like this is formed.
9.Enter the banana dumplings into the wet mixture.
10.After inserting into the wet mixture, then enter the banana dumplings into the breadcrumbs, roll the dumplings into the breadcrumbs until well blended.
11.Heat the cooking oil, I used a little cooking oil and will fry the banana dumplings little by little, the panir flour makes the oil dirty, that's why I only use a little cooking oil.
12.After the oil is hot, fry the banana dumplings until brown.
Serve the banana dumplings while they are warm. I also made ginger water so that eating banana dumplings is more delicious.
I use ingredients that are easy to get around us and how to make it is also easy. This snack can be made in a short time, so it is suitable for those who don't have a lot of time.

I love bananas, this looks so good and great for the kids, and also to have for a snack. The doctor told me to eat five times a day, and of course, it wouldn't be five full meals. This is a good idea for the snacks between the main meals. Thanks for sharing!
