Raw chili sauce that is spicy, sour and sweet

Hello friends in plant power community, this is my first post after a six-month hiatus, I am very happy to be able to rejoin this community. The doctor advised me to rest so that my health can recover, during my illness I consumed a lot of herbs that I mixed myself and the doctor was surprised, because from the six months of scheduled treatment, in only 3 months I was declared cured, this is all because of food. Food is a gift, all of our lives come from food, therefore we must be wise in choosing food for our needs, not our desires. Today I will share one of the chili sauce recipes that is also useful for improving body health, I make it from selected fresh ingredients and process it without cooking.

This raw chili sauce uses spices that are efficacious for warming the body, I combine several ingredients used in making this chili sauce, but without the cooking process. The taste of the chili sauce is spicy, sour and sweet. After being eaten, this chili sauce can warm the body and feel comfortable in the stomach.

Ingredients
The ingredients I use to make this raw chili sauce are :

5 shallots
10 cloves of garlic
10 cayenne peppers
3 tomatoes
5 stalks of lemongrass
2 stalks of leeks
1 lemon
1 packet of sweet soy sauce

How to make
Before processing, wash all ingredients thoroughly, so that any remaining pesticides and dust attached to the ingredients can be removed.

1.Remove the skin from the shallots and garlic, then thinly slice the shallots and garlic.

2.For the lemongrass, we take the white and soft part of the stalk, cut the lemongrass stalk into small pieces.

3.cut the cayenne pepper into small pieces.

4.Cut the leek leaves into small pieces, I cut them roughly, so that the taste of the leek leaves is more pronounced.

5.roughly slice the tomatoes, here I roughly slice the tomatoes, but don't cut them, this is definitely something different. To get a more sour sauce taste, you can use green tomatoes. Green tomatoes usually have a more sour taste than red tomatoes.

6.Add lemon juice, if the lemon seeds come with it, that's okay, this will enrich the taste of the chili sauce, but remember to remove the seeds, if there are any.

7.mix all the ingredients together, stir until evenly distributed. When stirring, you will get a tempting aroma of spices.

8.the last step to make delicious raw sauce is to add sweet soy sauce. Add sweet soy sauce to taste, if you want sauce with a lot of sauce then you can add a lot of sweet soy sauce, but if you want sauce with a little sauce, then add a little sweet soy sauce.

The result

Delicious raw chili sauce is ready to be served. Usually we serve this chili sauce during cold weather, this chili sauce can warm the body and overcome colds.

I have never tried raw chili sauce mixed with scallions and garlic. I usually only use chili peppers, tomatoes and shallots in this chili soy sauce blend. I think this would be really good since I love those two ingredients too.
