Happy weekend friends #plantpowervegan Hope you are all well!! The weather today is very cloudy and drizzling. Weekends like this usually I go to the beach with my family, for me the beach is one of the most suitable places to relax and relieve stress from the hustle and bustle of housework hehehe. However, today's weather is not so supportive for traveling, so we decided to just stay home. It so happens that there are bananas at home so I will make banana pancakes to accompany this holiday, banana pancakes or what we usually call banana godok are one of the children's favorites, besides the children and my husband also like it heheh, oh yes, these banana pancakes are the ones I make most often besides being a favorite, the way to make them is also very easy and the ingredients needed are quite easy to find.

This pancake is made from bananas and given a little flour with the addition of grated coconut in the dough to make it taste even more savory. Instead of being curious, let's see what ingredients are needed and how to make it.

Ingredients needed:

  • 6 bananas (I used perfectly ripe plantains so they taste sweeter)
  • 3 tablespoons grated coconut (don't use coconut that is too old)
  • 5 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Oil to taste

How to make it:

First step: Peel the banana skin until it's finished, put it in a container. Mash the banana using a spoon.

Fifth step: cook the pancakes over low heat, cover for a while if the dough is slightly brown, turn it over slowly, cook for a while then remove. The pancakes are ready to be served.

How to make it is quite easy and does not take long, right?? hehehe
In just 15 minutes, banana pancakes can be enjoyed with loved ones. The taste is just right, delicious, soft, sweet and slightly savory from the coconut, bananas make these pancakes even sweeter and softer. You can enjoy it right away. But you can also add chocolate jam or grated cheese to make it more delicious. Children prefer to add grated cheese, I personally prefer it when it's still warm and enjoy it just like that. Try making it and you won't regret it. I recommend it for you. Enjoy!

seems to have a good taste.

adding grated coconut to the batter is a good choice because it is high in fiber, since you are using bananas and flour which are high in carbs. Wow, I will try your recipe next time.
