Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una #receta deliciosa, especial para una cena; que te dejará saciado y libre de culpa; se trata de una ensalada de garbanzo, con tomate, cebolla y aguacate; aderezada con limón.

El gabanzo, cuyo nombre científico es Cicer arietinum, contiene muchas vitaminas y minerales, como el hierro (Fe), fosfóro (P) y magnesio (Mg), además de favorecer la digestión, y ayudar en la perdida de peso.

El aguacate (Persea americana), es un alimento saciante, que regula el colestrol, y favorece el sistema inmunológico; combinado con el garbanzo, cebolla y tomate, resulta una deliciosa ensalada, que te permitirá una cena libre de culpa, que a todos encantará, además de ser muy rápida de preparar; espero les agrade y se animen a prepararla.

Today I want to share with you a delicious #recipe, special for a dinner; that will leave you satiated and guilt-free; it is a chickpea salad, with tomato, onion and avocado; garnished with lemon.

Chickpea, whose scientific name is Cicer arietinum, contains many vitamins and minerals, such as iron (Fe), phosphorus (P) and magnesium (Mg), in addition to promoting digestion and helping with weight loss.

Avocado (Persea americana), is a satiating food, which regulates cholesterol, and favors the immune system; combined with the chickpea, onion and tomato, it is a delicious salad, which will allow you a guilt-free dinner, which everyone will love, as well as being very quick to prepare; I hope you like it and are encouraged to prepare it.


MATERIALES

Garbanzo cocido (una taza)
aguacate
1 cebolla pequeña
1 tomate
1 limón
sal.

MATERIALS

Cooked chickpea (one cup)
avocado
1 small onion
1 tomato
1 lemon
Salt.

PREPARACIÓN

Lavar bien la cebolla y el tomate, y cortar en trozos.

PREPARATION

Wash the onion and tomato well, and cut into pieces.

Colocarlos en una taza, y mezclar con el garbanzo.

Añadir el jugo del limón y sal al gusto.

Place them in a cup, and mix with the chickpea.

Add lemon juice and salt to taste.

Cortar el aguacate en trozos, e incorporarlo a la ensalada.

Cut the avocado into pieces, and add it to the salad.

Servir acompañado de galletas saladas, y disfrutar esta deliciosa cena!
