Saludos queridos hivers amigos Feliz inicio de semana Dios les bendiga grandemente.

Y para empezar la semana de lunes sin carne les he traído una receta muy sabrosa fácil de hacer y muy nutritiva,la protagonista del día de hoy es. Coliflor salteado con Zanahoria.

La coliflor es una verdura rica en vitamina C y varias del grupo B, también contiene potasio y fósforo es fuente de fibra.

Y consumidos de forma regular nos ayuda a reducir el riesgo de desarrollar enfermedades, por sus propiedades lo hace un alimento idóneo para la dieta de control de peso, a mí me encanta por qué son de esos alimentos que puedes combinar con todo.

And to start the week of meatless Monday I have brought you a very tasty recipe easy to make and very nutritious, the protagonist of today is. Sautéed Cauliflower with Carrot.

Cauliflower is a vegetable rich in vitamin C and several of the B group also contains potassium and phosphorus is a source of fiber.

  • Coliflor.
  • Zanahoria.
  • Cebolla.
  • Ajíes.
  • Aceite.
  • Sal.
  • Pimenta.

Ingredients.

  • Cauliflower.
  • Carrot.
  • Onion.
  • Chili peppers.
  • Oil.
  • Salt.
  • Peppermint.

Paso número uno.

  • Tomamos el coliflor y procedemos a rallarlo por el lado fino del tallo, y reservamos.

Paso número dos.

  • Cortamos la cebollas es cubos y una vez el aceite ya este caliente en la olla donde lo vamos a cocinar la colocamos para sofreirla.

  • Picamos los ajíes en cuadritos muy pequeñitos y una vez la cebolla ya este sofrita lo vertemos encima y dejamos sofreír.

  • Incorporamos el coliflor que habíamos reservado y removemos todo muy bien.

  • Rayamos la zanahoria por el lado grueso del rayo,luego lo agregamos a la preparación.

Paso número seis.

  • Agregamos la sal, la pimenta removemos bien y luego le colocamos un poco de agua rectificamos de sabor y dejamos cocinar a fuego bajo.

Y de esta forma tan rápida y sencilla tenemos nuestra deliciosa receta terminada una deliciosas Coliflor Salteada con Zanahoria y cuando te lo llevas a la boca pruebas esa cremosidad única y saboreas todos sus ingredientes es uno de mis platos favoritos por lo rápido que es al prepararlo ya que es ideal cuando andamos apurados que no tenemos mucho tiempo para estar en la cocina.
