So not to make it the same as the other years I have brought you a new version this time adding coffee and spices to its preparation and for decoration I have made a glaze using a little cocoa, coffee and spices to give it a special touch, so if you like spicy flavors and aromas this cake you will love it.
En esta temporada del año siempre me ha gustado realizar un bizcocho con calabaza para celebrar la festividad de halloween.
Asi que para no hacerlo igual a los otros años les he traído una nueva versión está vez agregándole café y especias a su preparación y para la decoración le he hecho un glaseado utilizando un poco de cacao, café y especias para darle un toque especial, así que si te gustan los sabores y aromas especiados este bizcocho lo vas a amar.

Su preparación es muy fácil de realizar ya que vamos a estar haciendo la mayor parte en la licuadora.
Te invito me acompañes una vez vas a mi cocina para elaborar este delicioso y húmedo Bizcocho de Calabaza y Café con especias.

Ingredientes.
- 400 Grs de calabaza troceada cruda.
- 250 Ml de café.
- 220 Grs de azúcar.
- 125 Ml de aceite.
- 350 Grs de harina de trigo leudante.
- 25 Grs de polvo de hornear.
2 Cdas de vainilla. - 1 Cda de canela molida.
- 1/2 Cdita de jengibre en polvo.
- 1/4 Cdita de nuez moscada.
- 1/4 Cdita de clavo de olor.
- 1/4 Cdita de sal.
Ingredients.
- 400 Grs of raw pumpkin, chopped.
- 250 Ml of coffee.
- 220 grams of sugar.
- 125 Ml of oil.
- 350 grams of leavening wheat flour.
- 25 grams of baking powder.
2 tablespoons of vanilla. - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
- 1/2 teaspoon of powdered ginger.
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
- 1/4 teaspoon of cloves.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt.

🎃 Step one
🎃 Paso uno
- The first thing we are going to do is to sift the wheat flour and for this we place a sieve over a bold and pour the wheat flour.
- Lo primero que vamos a realizar es tamizar la harina de trigo y para ello colocamos un colador encima de un bold y vertemos la harina de trigo.
- Sift the baking powder and salt in the same way, in order to avoid lumps.
- De igual forma tamizamos el polvo de hornear y la sal, de esta forma evitamos que tengan grumos.
- With the help of a balloon whisk, mix until blended.
- Set aside.
- Con la ayuda de un batidor de globo mezclamos hasta integrar.
- Reservamos.

🎃 Paso dos
- With all the ingredients ready we pass to the blender.
- Con todos los ingredientes ya listo pasamos a la licuadora.
- Place the chopped pumpkin or pumpkin in the blender.
- Colocamos la calabaza troceada en la licuadora
- Then pour a cup or 250 ML of coffee which should be lukewarm.
- Luego vertemos una taza o 250 ML de café el cual debe estar a tibio.
- We add the spice mixture (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves).

- Add the sugar, oil and vanilla.

- We must process for approximately two minutes or until a homogeneous and creamy mixture has been made.
- Debemos procesar por dos minutos aproximadamente o hasta ver que se ha hecho una mezcla homogénea y cremosa.

- Then we pour this mixture by parts in the bold that has the wheat flour that we had reserved.
- We are integrating with the help of the balloon whisk.

- Vamos integrando con la ayuda del batidor de globo.
- Nos debe quedar una consistencia cremosa como les muestro en la foto.

- For the baking of this cake we will use a mold of 22 cm in diameter.
- C/N of butter.
- C/N of wheat flour.
- Para el horneado de esta torta vamos a utilizar un molde de 22 cm de diámetro.
- C/N de mantequilla.
- C/N de harina de trigo.
- We pass to butter and flour our mold, which should look like this.
- Pasamos a en mantequilla y enharinar nuestro molde, el cual nos debe quedar así.
- Pour the preparation into the mold.
- Vertemos la preparación en el molde.
- We give a few taps so that it settles well.
- We must have the oven preheated beforehand so that it bakes better, then we introduce the cake and let it bake for approximately 45 minutes.
- Damos unos golpecitos para que asiente bien.
- Debemos tener el horno precalentado con anterioridad para que esté se hornee mejor, luego introducimos la torta y dejamos hornear por un tiempo aproximado de 45 minutos.
- Once the time has elapsed, remove from the oven and do the test of pricking with the height stick to verify that our cake is ready (if it comes out clean it is ready and if it comes out with parts of the preparation it still needs to be cooked).
- We let it rest until it cools down.
- Transcurrido el tiempo retiramos de el horno y hacemos la prueba de pinchar con el palito de altura para verificar que está listo nuestro pastel.( Si sale limpio está listo y si sale con partes de la preparación aún le falta por cocinar)
- Dejamos reposar hasta que enfríe.

Elaboration of the spicy glaze.
Elaboración de el glaseado especiado.
Ingredientes.
- 100 Grs de azúcar glass.
- 2 Cdas de café instantáneo.
- 2 Cdas de cacao amargo.
- 1 Cda de canela molida
- 1/2 Cdita de jengibre en polvo.
- 1/4 Cdita de nuez moscada.
- 1/4 Cdita de clavo de olor molido.
- 80 Grs de mantequilla derretida.
- Agua C/N.
Ingredients.
- 100 Grs of powdered sugar.
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee.
- 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa.
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
- 1/2 teaspoon of powdered ginger.
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg.
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves.
- 80 grams of melted butter.
- Water C/N.
As elaborated
Como lo elabore.
- Once the powdered sugar and spices have been sifted, place them in a Bold.
- Stir very well with the help of a spoon to integrate.
- Una vez que ya tengo tamizado el azúcar glass y las especies la colocamos en un Bold.
- Removemos muy bien con la ayuda de una cuchara hasta integrar.
- Then we add little by little the melted butter and we integrate it with the spoon.
- Then we add the water and stir until we get a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
- Luego le vamos agregando poco a poco la mantequilla derretida y vamos integrando con la cuchara.
- Luego le agregamos el agua y vamos removiendo hasta conseguir una consistencia suave y homogénea

- Nos debe quedar así, debo aclararles que la mantequilla se le agrega para que le aporte ese brillo hermoso a el glaseado
- Then we pour it all over the cake with the help of a spoon.
- Luego vamos vertiendo por todo el pastel con la ayuda de una cuchara.
- To finish we put on top these pearls which I thought were very appropriate for the occasion because of their wonderful color.
- Para finalizar le colocamos por encima estás perlitas las cuales me parecieron que van muy acorde con la ocasion por su maravilloso color.
I tell you my dear friends this cake since it starts cooking we can enjoy the rich smells the mixture of these species is another level, I recommend that you make it to enjoy every bite of this cake, its texture is very soft and its flavor is unique and irresistible.
