Good evening my dear vegan friends, how are you all, hopefully you are always happy and cheerful, tonight I will show you a recipe for cooking from fern leaves, today I visited my younger sister's house whose house is quite far from our village, when I got there I was given very fresh and beautiful fern leaves that grew next to her house, I really like the beauty of this vegetable, especially when cooked with a variety of delicious dishes, I immediately processed it with coconut milk fern vegetable dishes.
These fern leaves have good nutrition for body health, such as maintaining eye health, brain health, and also various other benefits for health, this fern vegetable can be cooked with coconut milk or can also be stir-fried, here is my recipe that you can try to cook this fern vegetable.
Ingredients:
🔹 800 grams of young fern.
🔹 1 coconut.
🔹 6 shallots.
🔹 1/2 cm turmeric.
🔹 20 cayenne peppers.
🔹 5 sunti acids.
How To o Make:
🔸Cut the fern leaves, take the tips too.
🔸grind the spices.
🔸put the coconut milk into the pan.
🔸Add the ground spices, stir well.
🔸When the coconut milk is boiling, add the washed and cut fiddlehead ferns, add 1/2 spoon of salt, taste test according to taste.
🔸When the vegetables are cooked, remove and serve.
