🍁Fresh Green Vegetables For Food Menu During The Day🍁




Vegetables are the best dishes for the health of the body every day, besides being delicious but very nutritious, a day without vegetables feels very different, that's always a priority in my small family, everything tastes delicious even though it's actually very simple, you don't need to be fancy and expensive to form healthy lifestyle, the important thing is that vegetables are nutritious.



in everyday life I always process vegetables with different dishes and also with different processed vegetables, but when the weather is hot like this, let alone less stable health, I choose to cook boiled vegetables, this tastes a little bit bitter, to be honest I really like vegetables boil if there is a bitter taste, therefore I add papaya flowers that are not boiled, the taste is a mix of sour, bitter and quite spicy, here I also add curly cassava leaves, because I only have curly cassava leaves, you can also replace them with cassava leaves which is usually used daily, for friends who want to try cooking it at home, of course this recipe is very enjoyable to enjoy with warm rice, some of these vegetables are the result of my plants in the back of the house, specially I grow them for sale, and also for cooking daily vegetables at home.



🍁 ingredients:

☑️250 grams of young pumpkin that is still small.
☑️50 grams of papaya flowers.
☑️100 grams of long beans.
☑️100 grams of curly cassava leaves.
☑️ 8 lime leaves.
☑️13 small cayenne peppers.
☑️3 sunti acids.
☑️1 tablespoon of salt.
☑️900 grams of mineral water.
☑️3 green chilies.

🍁how to cook:

☑️Cut all ingredients such as long beans, pumpkin, cassava leaves, and papaya flowers, and green chilies.

☑️ put water into the pan, cook until it boils.

☑️ gradually add all the vegetables, such as papaya flowers, long beans, pumpkin, green chilies, and cassava leaves.

☑️ also add lime leaves.

☑️ add salt, mix well.

☑️prepare a mortar to grind the chilies that have been mixed with a little salt and mashed acid.

☑️ when it's mashed, put it in the cooked vegetables, stir evenly.

☑️ wait until all the vegetables are cooked, taste test according to taste.

☑️turn off the stove, prepare and serve.
