This vegetable is a favorite vegetable in my family, this vegetable is green, and has a long shape, this vegetable can also be processed with various other dishes such as lodeh vegetables, it can also be stir-fried, and it can also be processed with various other dishes that are healthy and also delicious.
ingredients:
🔻500 grams of water pumpkin. 🔻10 cayenne pepper.
🔻1/2 teaspoon pepper.
🔻2 pieces of garlic.
🔻1 red onion.
🔻5 candlenuts.
🔻5 green chilies for slicing.
🔻1 tomato to chop.
🔻 enough soup leaves.
🔻3 tablespoons cooking oil. 🔻water 900 grams.
🔻salt 1 teaspoon.
🌺how to make:
🔻cut the water gourd into small pieces according to taste.
🔻 Grind spices such as shallots, garlic, candlenuts, pepper and cayenne pepper.
🔻slice green chilies and tomatoes.
🔻Heat cooking oil, add sliced green chilies and tomatoes.
🔻 add the ground spices.
🔻When the spices are a bit dry, add the vegetables that have been washed and cut, stir evenly.
🔻 add salt, stir well.
🔻 add water.
🔻 add the soup leaves.
🔻 wait until the vegetables are cooked, taste test according to taste.
🔻prepare and serve.
