Which brings value to the Community and produces value for the account owner.
Which creates a Win-Win Situation.
What is the C.U.T.E. Strategy or Roadmap
The C.U.T.E. Strategy stands for:
Comment,
Upvote,
Tweet,
Earn.
Comments
- Comments are replies to other peoples posts and other peoples Comments.
- Comments can earn upvotes, which are Hive, Leo and other tokens.
- Hive, Leo and other tokens are cryptocurrencies which can be exchanged for money, on a cryptocurrency exchange, or staked in a process called Powering Up, which gives the upvotes of the person powering up monetary value. Powering Up is important because it increses the value of the accounts Upvote in terms of money.
- The upvote directs rewards to the person you upvote from the Reward Pool. So your upvote rewards peoples' posts and comments with Hive and Leo from the reward pool, not your wallet.
- The reward pool regenerates daily, so every day you can give out Ten 100% upvotes or Twenty 50% upvotes or some other numerical distribution you chose.
- The rewards people get from Comments or Posts are called Author Rewards.
- Author Rewards are cryptocurrencies like Hive, Leo or other cryptocurrencies which can be exchanged for money, on a cryptocurrency exchange.
- In addition to earning rewards of Hive and Leo, your comments on peoples' posts helps you form a bond, friendship or relationship, usually not instantly, but over time.
- This relationship building is also called a less warm and friendly term called Networking. So comenting helps you building a Network. The people in your network are also called Followers. This simly means they have hovered their cursor over your name, and checked the box next to it which says FOLLOW. Ideally, you follow them, and they follow you, then you botrh are building a Network of Follwers.
- Humans love Comments and Followers. It makes them feel like what they do matters, and someone else enjoys it.
UpVotes
- Upvotes are like Likes on Facebook and Hearts on X (formerly Twitter)
- UpVotes reward posts and comments with rewards from the Hive and Leo Reward Pool, a wallet containing Hive and Leo, the rewards are in proportion to the amount of powered up Hive and Leo thast an account has staked or what Hive and Leo call Powered Up.
- It's important to realize that while powering up Hive and Leo increase the value of your UpVote, which is important for your earnings. The value of the relationship formed by Comments is probably more important to your success in forming relationships and building a network.
- Never forget that a big part of your success on a social media network is in being social. A redundant phrase, but important concept.
- From your upvotes earn 50% of the upvote value, and if you use your ten 100% upvotes a day, you generate income everyday.
Tweets
- An important part of building a community is inviting others to join.
- While the first population of community candidtaes is the greater Hive Community, which is huge, a much larger community to recruit members from is X formerly known as Twitter.
- The C.U.T.E. strategy makes this part of the formula easy, just Retweet Tweets of @shortsegments and like them. This generates impressions and stimulates the algorhythm to increase the number of people who see the Tweets.
- You don't have to say anything long or complicated, just something positive or just Like and ReTweet, and encourage your friends om X to follow @shortsegments.
- X is not our competitor, it's far to large.
_ We are not a competitor of X, we are far to small. - The Bloom Community seeks to partner with X as a symbiote. By Symbiote I mean we help them and we benefit.
- We encourage our members to get accounts on X and follow each other there. - We encourage our members to ReTweet @shortsegments Tweets on X and Like them.
- We encourage activity on X and we hope X doesn't block us or limit our views. - X has a legitimate right to block advertisements for competitors, so we don't want to ever act like a competitor.
- X has a legitimate reason to work with Symbiotes, and we want to be a Symbiote, as in we want to work to build up X . And we want to benefit from that relationship.
- We could announce a Partnership with X one day, as a test foray into Tokenized Social Media, and that is indeed on our Roadmap.
- You can also Tweet links for Bloom Community Posts, and CuteCurator Posts also .
- This Symbiosis helps recruit new members to Hive and INLEO.
- This is working with X as a partner, not a competitor. Bloom encourages members to join and use X as a partner.
Earn
- The C.U.T.E. strategy encourages you to build income from multiple areas, which is also called multiple streams of income.
- The first and most obvious income stream is from your Comments on posts, which earn when they are upvoted, so make them worthy of Rewards.
- The second stream of income is from your Comments on Comments, I read Comments on my posts and reward them. I also read comments on others posts and reward them. The account CuteCurator @cutecurator will read posts in the Bloom Community and award upvotes, and also read comments on posts and reward them too.
- The third stream of income is Upvotes, as your upvotes will earn you income in proportion to your Hive and Leo stake. You will earn from your upvotes on posts and your upvotes on comments. Earn from your upvotes on posts, earn from your upvotes on comments.
Win-Win
- An important concept to grasp is that the more successful the community becomes, the more successful you will become, because this Community is constructed as a tool or vehicle for success.
- The Community is attempting to gather in one place people focused on building their accounts by commenting on the content of others. People bringing value to social media by being social. People giving attention to content creators and content creator commenters also. A community of people devoted to providing attention, in an attention economy. An Attention Economy is an economy where you get paid for your attention. As the Attention Economy here grows, the attention you get as a member grows. The more members we get, the more upvotes you get. It's a circular mechanism which grows your success along with the Community success.
- Think about that for a second. Your success is in your hands with this Community. Your actions and activites will have a direct result on your success. And your promotion of this community will help you be successful. A WIn Win situation.

Why does the Bloom Community Exist?
- When you first any social media platform, you will feel like no one knows you and no one will find and read your content.
- You are right, because your blog is one of trillions of web addresses on the internet.
- Finding you is like finding a piece of hay in an haystack.
are alone, in a metaphorical sea of accounts. - You need to attract attention to your posts and give people a reason and a way to find you.
- Comments and Upvotes do both.
- Comments and Upvotes are the quickest way to start building relationships on social media because every content producer wants people to enjoy their content.
- They are also a way to be successful financially and socially.
- The C.U.T.E. strategy helps you start earning right away, and helps you build your network right away.
- The strategy focuses on comments on posts to build relationships, and upvotes on the posts of others, plus upvotes on comments to help you earn from your upvotes, so you quickly build reliable income.
- Then the more Hive/Leo you buy and power up, the larger your upvotes are and correspondents the larger your earnings are.
- Lastly the Bloom Community is literally a group of like minded people focused on post and comment engagement.
Summary of Bloom Community and C.U.T.E. strategy
- I am a content creator, and content consumer, and I have been active on this blockchain and it's predessessor for almost 6 years. My content has been focused on cryptocurrency, the blockchain, non-fungible digital tokens or NFTs, and decentralized finance.
- I am also an entrepreneur who has run several communities and a few financial opportunities which allowed commuity members to invest in decentralized finance opportunities and other unique financial tools on and off Hive, which used Hive tokens, which were Proof of Concept projects.
- I have made several observations about paths to success on Hive, and the path I call C.U.T.E. is a simple, and low stress way to make consistent earnings and build your Hive Social and Business Network without some of the disappointment and emotional peaks and valleys common to the journey on Hive.
- While the concepts aren't complex, I have created a vehicle to magnify or enhance the size of success and the speed of success.
- The concept is simple to execute, and by designing a whole community focused on this concept I think the results in terms of earnings should be that earnings grow faster, your network grows faster and your time spent laboring in obscurity is reduced.
- The Bloom Community is a Hive Community which asks people interested in focusing on the curation strategy pathway to success to join, post their content, but more importantly read the content posted there, comment, and upvote as you see fit.
- This means you execute a strategy focused on commenting and engaging, in a community focused on commenting, upvoting and engaging. So your efforts should be multiplied or magnified.
- You certainly can engage in content creation, but your time and focus should be on commenting and engaging, not content creation. I will reward comments and engagement.
- This means you interact with others by commenting on their content, and commenting on their comments.
- Then because comments earn upvotes and create engagement, which leads to people knowing your name, engaing with you and probably following you. So when you do make content, they start see your content in their feed.

Note - Because upvote income is 99% guaranteed and because income from commenting is about 50% in the general Hive Community, but since this community is focused on comments and engagement, I expect the percentage of upvotes on comments to be much higher.
- This strategy creates two effects: First a reliable income stream, which grows as you earn, buy, and power up your Hive. Second, it avoids the soul crushing time period for new Hive members to write posts and get no upvotes and no engagement. That is soul crushing and leads to many people quitting the platform and moving on.
Recruiting New Members from Web 2.0

- I want to be actively using Twitter to diseminate informative posts about blockchain, cryptocurrency and decentralized finance.
- This is a collaborative effort with X.
- I pay for my blue checkmark, I provide value via the content I produce and make available on Twitter, and I ask people to join me here as another possible source of income.
- I don't encourage them to leave X, nor do I condemn X.
- I want to create a symbiotic relationship with X. I want to bring people from here to X, to grow that platform, and I want bring people here from X , to grow our platform.
- But these are not muually exclusive platforms, they are mutually sustainable platforms. Our relationship with X is Symbiotic, we give to them, so they give to us. BUt first we must give to X, and show we are Beneficial, then we will be accepted as a Symbiote. I
