😲 wow, you can open a bar 🀣🀣🀣 , you have a lot of alcohol here 🀭🀭. I personally don't drink alcohol, I can have a mojito or some other cocktail but just one but I love to use alcohol in my dessert recipes πŸ€«πŸ€πŸ€πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
hahaha, specially rum, frAngelico, Baileys, Cognac and some others with fruity flavors πŸ‹πŸŠπŸ₯₯, that Creme of cacao must be delicious πŸ«πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
If you were here in Venezuela you'll sell them in just few days πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€‘πŸ€‘

Haaa yes, but my bartending days and drinking days are over.

Well if you like alcohol in your dessert and cocktails too, I have some great dessert cocktail recipes for you! πŸ˜ƒ

Speaking ofwhich, did you see my post here about a few cocktails that my friend Cathy and I splurged out on last week....https://peakd.com/hive-120586/@chocolatescorpi/cocktail-hour-or-4-with-cathy-hive-120586 there's a couple of recipes in there that you might like....πŸ˜†πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…

Wow, I just read your post, I didn't know you are/were a professional bartender and that you had worked in so many places and countries, that's great, you must have many histories to talk about hahaha, an interesting life for sure πŸ‘πŸ».
I have always heard that Australia is one of the most expensive countries in the world so the prices of the drinks don't impressed me hahaha, maybe they are even more expensive in hotels and high class bars and restaurants 😬πŸ₯΄. That's crazy 😬 but maybe it helps to don't have so much drunk people πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ.

Hahaha, well, I was talking about desserts, not cocktails recipes hahaha, but thank you. I have only drink two kind of cocktails, mojito and Ponche crema (a traditional christmass liquor here in Venezuela) with coffee cream liquor, it's delicious.

Happy weekend 🍨😺

Oh yes WAS being the operative word, but I used to love it and I do miss it, but it's just too hard now with so many young idiots who don't know how to handle their booze and really tough laws that always blame the bartender, so it's just not worth it to work in bars anymore and I used to have a lot of cocktail parties at home, but then I would be so busy making drinks for everyone, I would never get a chance to relax and enjoy myself and then having to clean up the mess afterwards, PLUS the cost of the bottles, it just became a chore and now I actually very rarely drink- because I am a social drinker and these days I don't socialise much because I'd much rather be creative, productive and progressive with my life...

I also don't have the patience to serve people these days either I don't think..though I still work in customer service, but in the medical sector.

Oh yes the old Mojito, it's sooo popular here these days...The Poncha Crema sounds interesting. I will have to try it when I come over there one day! πŸ˜ƒ

I never used to own things, not that I don't drink (and waste the money) I do own things you know, so there is a HUGE benefit to not drinking (especially the lack of hangovers.🀣..)

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ that's true, too much idiots on these days πŸ™„πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ. I think you're doing well focusing on your creativity and your life πŸ˜‰,

Yeah hahaha, the Ponche crema is delicious, I hope you have the chance to try it someday πŸΉπŸ˜ƒ

Well, at least you have a lot of alcohol bottles, if you need money you can just sold a few of them πŸ€‘πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€

Yes I do agree with you actually. So much good and positive stuff to do now, instead of wasting time and money on nights out.

And yes, as uch as I need to get rid of those bottles of booze, I have so many other things of Mum's that will hopefully be a lot easier to sell as there are really strict laws over her for selling alcohol, so I still have to research more first.

That's true, many countries have strict laws for selling alcohol πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
