Baked black pepper dried pork

This is a delicious dish
Do it youself There are 2 ways
One way is
Cut pork into thin slices
Wrapped in foil
Roast him by the way of barbecue

The other one way is
Make pork dumplings into meat paste
In the oven
With a temperature of about 200 degrees
Bake for about 15 minutes
May need to turn over (depending on oven function)

一种是
把猪肉切成薄肉片
包在锡箔纸之内
用烤肉的方式来烤熟他

另1种是
把猪肉饺成肉浆
放在烤箱之内
用约200度的温度
烤15分钟左右
可能要翻面（视烤箱的机能而定）

我吃的这款黑胡椒猪肉干
是采用第2种
从猪肉摊那边买来搅碎好的猪肉
在混入黑胡椒
搅拌均匀之后
放入塑胶纸之内
将肉浆推成平平的厚片
拿掉塑胶纸
放入烤箱内
烤好完成
