Happy weekend everyone, another bonding time with my cousins this weekend but this time we are not in the mountain we are in some kind of plaza just located near the beach of our neighboring town here in province of Cebu.
We are doing this most of the weekend and spending our time together meaningfully.
Spending time together is one of the greatest gifts families/relatives can give to one another and does quality time strengthen and build family bonds.
And treating ourselves with some sweets because this is way we can help ourselves decompress after a particularly stressful week, reward yourself for meeting a life goal, or simply celebrate the good things in life and boost our mood and ease the pressures of daily life.
Indulging in a small treat helps refresh and energize us specially this time of pandemic almost all of time spend at home. Staying at home most of the time is not easy but you have also the chance and have time to your family.
Spending our time outside with my relatives is a way to keep our string attached always and to keep our bond strong us a family, that is the reason why bonding is very important to us.
