Hello everyone
Hope we are having a good day. I was searching for something to write and I came across this. Seriously you wouldn't believe🤔 that there are some traditions you don't know still exit. Like you might ask yourself where is this done in this modern age, but some of this traditions are recognized while some might leave you wondering 😂😂

In Banyakole (Uganda) where the aunt will test the groom

When I saw this first, it was kind of funny to me, I imagined if it were to be in Nigeria, issues will arise ooo 😂😂.

So here in Banyakole tribe in Uganda, virginity is highly regarded, the girls stay away sex until they are married. And if any is found not a virgin such a person would face the penelty, which might not be funny. Further more this tribe don't take the slim physique to be that good looking so they love them fat.

The standards of a marriage here is based on virginity so the aunty of the bride will have to test her to know if she is still a virgin ; seriously so she still been a virgin shows that she knows notting about sex.

The aunty will further test the abilities of the groom through sex, with this process she gets to understand he's styles of sex, so as to convey this information to her niece on how to treat her man.

These is practiced by the surma tribe in southern Sudan also southwestern Ethiopia. The females pass through this at teenage level, this is carried out by taking off their lower teeth so that the lip plate can fit in.

Same happen with their men on the ears. Same goes with their warriors, they inflict scars on their body, so is said that the more the scars the more attractive they become.

@obikay you’ve really done your research well I must admits and i didn’t even know all this ehhh I found so much interest in your post when I first saw that heading that In Banyakole (Uganda) the aunt test the groom before the bride have him really? That’s hilarious 😆 and painful at same time why would dey make such tradition it’s so unfair why will the bride keep her virginity for marriage and they won’t let her have her husband first that’s so unfair, why would it be the aunt that will communicate the information to her after she had tested someone’s husband, can’t the husband tell
His wife how he likes it 🤷🏼🤦🏼 Must it be the aunt that will test and communicate the info to her not fair at all, how Will the aunt be able to face her don’t they have heart ahhhh me I wound be able to ooo and as for the those other guys that take off there teeth for plate I didn’t understand how they do fix that plate do they do it round the hole down what am I even saying ahhh I didn’t even understand that’s there business 😂 how can that even make them to be effective 😂🤷🏼 Something that will be do heavy and won’t even make them run fast and also how do they eat am still wondering that too ahhh my head is aching me right now I didn’t have much strength for too much thinking 😂 I mouve 🚶🚶
