Good evening everybody! I hope you are in good health and God always blessing you in every step of your life. My post tonight is about a monument of pride for the Acehnese people. The Samudera Pasai Islamic Monument that reminds us of the Glory of the Samudera Pasai Kingdom.
This monument was erected on an area of 7.7 hectares in Beuringen Village, Samudera District, North Aceh, Indonesia. To get there is not far, only 300 meters from the tomb complex of Sultan Malikussaleh. With this monument we are not only proud of Aceh, but also in love with its history.
This building was built with the Co-administration Fund from the Ministry of Education and Culture, through the Directorate of Preservation of Cultural Heritage and Museums, the Directorate General of Culture. This building stands proudly designed to have 3 floors. The 1st floor will function as an exhibition space, cultural field, tourism field, prayer room, dance and music practice room, multipurpose room, warehouse, management secretariat, tour guide secretariat, and research. The second floor will serve as a cafe, restaurant and souvenir gallery, and a diorama will be created on the third floor.
