The newer "CUs" invading our screens lately is getting a bit ridiculous for me, but I have always enjoyed this type of film. Just for the sake of keeping the conversation interesting, I'll say my favourites are in the after-market, independent landscape: Unbreakable, Mystery Men and Hancock were all cool. I'll have to re-watch Kick-Ass too... it's been a while.
My daughter-- @sydney.potts-- is really the superhero genre super-fan... so hopefully she'll pop in and give her thoughts. Great initiative. Thanks for sparking the chat! :)

Will do! Still trying my best to get her engaged here on Hive... but Syd actually started getting into the super-genre back when she was 6 or 7 years old, I think, with the different POWER RANGERS incarnations. It was a lot of fun. I keep introducing her to old, cool stuff and she takes it and runs. lol 😄
