Thank you for sharing this deeply personal account of the recent crisis in Cuba. It’s heartbreaking to read about the challenges you and your fellow Cubans face—enduring such prolonged blackouts and water shortages is unimaginable.
Sadly, these things are still happening in the 21st century, when we should be celebrating giant strides in the evolution of human civilization. Unfortunately, we are still grappling with power outages for basic necessities.
