I spent some time looking back over some photo folders a few days ago as I was looking for one particular image to clarify that my memory remembered it correctly; I didn't find that image but found quite a few folders full of shit photography of some places I've been here and there and I thought I'd share a few in this community that's dedicated to shit photography.

These images are from various locations around New Zealand; if you've been there you might recognise a few and if you've not been there maybe these shit images might lead you to feel that you should visit.

Anyway, because this is all about shit photography I'll not make the post worse than it has to be with many shit words...so take a look and left me know what you think in the comments or ask any questions about the images and where they were taken and I'll endeavour to answer as best I can.

Oooh beautiful! With your shit photography you could be a shit vacation guide! Everything you put up says 'I would like to visit there'.

Woohoo...more speed! I am familiar with jet boats :) blapblapblap

I could start a travel agency called, shit holidays R us.

Yeah, the jet boat was cool, I posted the video of one of my runs (went twice) and it was insane what they do, the speed, proximity to the cliff faces as they go down the gorge, the spins and all. It was a blast.

I'd book lol...you know any business that ends with 'R us' is the real deal shit

Yep, whoever came up with that marketing genius was...an...umm...marketing genius.

lol

Those are still very cool photos, maybe it's just the beauty of the landscape, but to me it looks nice.

The water is so blue and the shot from the plane looks like something out of an nature documentary movie :D

It's a beautiful place for sure, any banana with a camera can make it look good, like the banana who did this post. Lol.

Your shitty pictures made me feel... that it's a place worth visiting because so much shit is great to spend some spectacular and wonderful days. What a view for god's sake!

If you get the opportunity to visit New Zealand you should jump at the chance. It's pretty great.

I'll be sure to ask you for a list ... spectacular places!

Hi @galenkp, it really makes you want to take a plane and go to the places shown in these pictures. the landscapes are really beautiful. Maybe I have a shit taste, but I liked the pictures.

Regards.

Shit photos, amazing place! Maybe you'll get to travel there someday.

Shit photos? 🤔

I hope so, have a good end of the day.

Still looks like wonderful country even with "shit photography". The waters look like a divers heaven.

Yeah, it's a legit place that even me with my shit photography skills can make look ok.

Wow the view is crazy tbh well I don't an idea the world looks this beautiful and the water is so clean if we see in India it's very dirty. Anyways hope u enjoy over there and u really have a great pics to remember

Yes, clean water indeed.

Great landscapes 😀
It is clear why Peter filmed there in over 100 locations.

The one with the boat is creepy, gliding so fast in such shallow water

Yeah, it's a jet boat so only needs a couple inches of water. I was right on the bank and it was turning at the time. Obviously it didn't hurt me. I went on that a couple times which was totally nuts! So enjoyable. At the time I put the video up in a post on Hive.

Don't you hate that when you can't find the photo you are looking for. Google Photos makes it a little easier to search by keyword, but even then it is just guessing about what it thinks you want to see. Most of the time anyway. Those are some pretty amazing photos! I like the fourth one best I think.

New Zealand is a pretty nice place, there's something to photograph at every turn and even a shit photographer like me can fluke a decent shot.

I'm not a huge fan of google photos but use it now and then. Honestly though, I didn't know it has a search function; I don't like storokg my photos on things like that though, google and all the rest.

Yeah, I can appreciate that. I just don't have the time or resources at home to properly store my photos and make sure there are adequate backups of them. The cloud makes stuff like that a bit easier with some obvious compromises.

Yep, I get it. That's the thing these days, people are looking for easy options and that gives rise to things like cloud storage, AI usage, UberEats and so on.

Wow beautiful place.
Nice photography

Yep, nice place indeed.
