2:- flexibilidad en los Musculos 15 a 30 minutos
3:- siempre apretar los abdominales y glutios.
RUTINA PARA ABS
nivel basico 10 repeticiones x 3 series
Nivel intermedio 10 repeticiones x 5 series
NIVEL AVANZADO
10 Repeticiones X 7 series
