Hello everyone, this is @eddiespino from the @aliento project and the @threespeak team, https://3speak.tv/, and I'm happy to introduce another project that is part of the Aliento family. 3Speak is an excellent platform for videos, and it's evolving every day. However, we know it's not perfect, and it still needs a lot of upgrades and improvements.
I've been part of the team almost since the beginning of 2021, thanks to @theycallmedan. I am currently helping with the social part of the project, which includes filtering and helping the curation system and verifying users and all that fun stuff.
Thanks to the feedback that I have shared with the team, we have improved the curation system to prevent abuse and reward original and high-quality content. We can now detect if users are faking views and set lower upvotes depending on the quality of the content. It's still not perfect, but we see better results.
Manual Curation
Just some weeks ago, we started manually curating content. That's why we decided to create this account, help filter the best posts, and give them an upvote manually if the regular curating system skips them. We are also collaborating with @acidyo and @ocd team to help users received better votes. I send them posts to vote with @ocdb and @acidyo, community leaders, and curators send us posts to vote them with @threespeak.
Thanks to the manual curation, we can also identify people trying to cheat the system and take action when needed. It's a challenging task to support everyone, but we are making our best effort to be as fair as possible. Check our process below:
Our Process to Filter and Curate Videos
Each day, at least two or three times, we check for all the new 3Speak videos. We decide if they should mark them as NSFW and eligible for an upvote from the @threespeak account. We do not follow specific criteria. Still, if the video is original and high quality, it will have an opportunity to earn an upvote. It's never guaranteed, though.
While we are filtering videos, we always look for rare gems: high-quality videos and that stand out from the rest. These videos receive an upvote from this account (@aliento.speak), and we can save them in a list in the Curation History. That way, we can come back and upvote them with @threespeak and recommend the best ones to the curators at OCD.
About the account
Currently, we have only 5,000 Hive Power which is delegated from @aliento. If you have followed us, you may know that we love win-win scenarios, and in this case, we want this account to grow. We also want our projects to grow, but more importantly, we want the users to win and be more motivated to keep uploading content on https://3speak.tv/, this way, 3Speak will also win. Maybe in the future, we will increase the delegation or look for support from big stakeholders.
Note: This account belongs to the @aliento project. It is a separate project from 3Speak, and it has the purpose of making this task easier and also to help more users earn better rewards on 3Speak.tv. We believe that collaboration with communities, dapps, and curation projects will lead to Hive's growth and a more significant adoption.

Oh, and one final thing. For many months 3Speak videos were not watchable in @hive.blog (https://hive.blog/). We contacted the developers behind condenser (behind the https://hive.blog/ frontend) after some failed attempts (I was contacting the wrong dev) we contacted @blocktrades who was very happy to help, and the 3Speak dev Chris (@sisygoboom) could finally make 3Speak videos work in https://hive.blog/.
I'm not sure if it was because of this change, but currently, 3Speak videos are not working on @peakd. By the time you read this post is possible that the awesome devs behind @peakd have already fixed this, but I just wanted to share that here.

Sin embargo, sabemos que no es perfecta, y aún necesita muchas actualizaciones y mejoras.
Formo parte del equipo casi desde principios de 2021, gracias a @theycallmedan. Actualmente estoy ayudando con la parte social del proyecto, que incluye filtrar y ayudar al sistema de curación y verificar usuarios y todas esas cosas divertidas.
Gracias a los comentarios que he compartido con el equipo, hemos mejorado el sistema de curación para evitar el abuso y premiar el contenido original y de alta calidad. Ahora podemos detectar si los usuarios están fingiendo las visitas y establecer unos upvotes más bajos en función de la calidad del contenido. Todavía no es perfecto, pero vemos mejores resultados.
Curación manual
Hace unas semanas, empezamos a curar manualmente el contenido. Por eso decidimos crear esta cuenta, ayudar a filtrar los mejores posts, y darles un upvote manualmente si el sistema de curaduría regular se los salta. También estamos colaborando con el equipo de @acidyo y @ocd para ayudar a los usuarios a recibir mejores votos. Yo les envío posts para votar con @ocdb y @acidyo, los líderes de la comunidad, y los curadores nos envían posts para votarlos con @threespeak.
Gracias a la curación manual, también podemos identificar a las personas que intentan engañar al sistema y tomar medidas cuando sea necesario. Es un reto apoyar a todo el mundo, pero estamos haciendo nuestro mejor esfuerzo para ser lo más justo posible. Comprueba nuestro proceso a continuación:
Nuestro proceso de filtrado y selección de vídeos
Cada día, al menos dos o tres veces, revisamos todos los nuevos vídeos de 3Speak. Decidimos si deben ser marcados como NSFW y elegibles para un upvote de la cuenta @threespeak. No seguimos criterios específicos. Aun así, si el vídeo es original y de alta calidad, tendrá la oportunidad de ganarse un upvote. Sin embargo, nunca está garantizado.
Mientras filtramos los vídeos, siempre buscamos las joyas raras: vídeos de alta calidad y que destaquen del resto. Estos vídeos reciben un upvote de esta cuenta (@aliento.speak), y podemos guardarlos en una lista en el Historial de Curación. De esta manera, podemos volver a votar por ellos con @aliento.speak y recomendar los mejores a los curadores de OCD.
Sobre la cuenta
Actualmente, sólo tenemos 5,000 Hive Power que se delegan desde @aliento. Si nos has seguido, sabrás que nos encantan los escenarios en los que todos ganan, y en este caso, queremos que esta cuenta crezca. También queremos que nuestros proyectos crezcan, pero sobre todo, queremos que los usuarios ganen y estén más motivados para seguir subiendo contenidos en https://3speak.tv/, de esta manera, 3Speak también ganará.Tal vez en el futuro, aumentemos la delegación o busquemos el apoyo de grandes inversores.

No estoy seguro si fue por este cambio, pero actualmente, los videos de 3Speak no funcionan en @peakd. Para cuando leas este post es posible que los increíbles devs detrás de @peakd ya hayan arreglado esto, pero sólo quería compartirlo aquí.
Y yo que acabo de vender mi cámara para grabar 😀, mencionas que solo videos de alta calidad serán candidatos para ser votados, ¿Por calidad te refieres principalmente a la definición que tenga el dispositivo usado para el video o solo es un criterio más para dicha consideración? A mí me gusto la plataforma de @threespeak cuando lo use hace algún tiempo y siempre tengo en Mente volver subir contenido de ese tipo, pero más que nada mi duda es para saber si adquiero una buena cámara o con la de por ejemplo mi smarthphone es suficiente.

Hola @shimozurdogames. Con alta calidad nos referimos más a videos que sean originales, que sean buenos, entretenidos y creativos o informativos.
No importa tanto la calidad del video. La calidad más alta que soporta 3Speak actualmente es 1080p y el mejor formato es mp4 H.265.
Lo de alta calidad tal vez fue un error de interpretación que se nos pasó con el traductor. Sin problemas puedes subir videos grabados con tu celular. Saludos.

Yo después de subir mi video entro a la plataforma para ver como quedó y anotar mis cargadas para no cometer el mismo error... Espero no estar en problemas... 😐
No creo que estés en problemas. El problema es cuando tienen 85 vistas, pero de todas esas sólo 1 es única. Hay varios casos así. Si tuviera por ejemplo 10 vistas y 7 u 8 fueran únicas no habría problema.
Genial... solo quería dejar eso claro, por si las dudas ya sabes para evitar malos entendidos.
@bigcarrillo, de hecho acabo de revisar uno de tus videos y está perfecto.
Esto quiere decir que d elas 11 vistas que tiene el video, 7 son de diferentes direcciones IP, es decir son de personas diferentes. Así es lo ideal, es muy difícil que el 100% sean únicas, pero cuando vemos que más del 80% son de la misma fuente levanta una bandera roja.
Perfecto, por ese lado no me preocupo yo veo mis videos para chequear y anotar mis errores, etc y mi esposa también los ve desde mi móvil para ver que locuras hago cuando ella está en su trabajo! 🤪😁😁

Oh no! Wow! I would have never thought that @peakd didn't support embeds for ALL the native hive dApps! I hope this is something that gets remedies right away! I want to have a hand at trying the platform and would love the ability to post the videos in blogs going forward as well. Yikes!!!
@peakd @asgarth @aliento.speak Thanks for always noticing comments. And my apologies if I come off critical sometimes. This is literally my favorite blockchain on earth. Perhaps there needs to become one day some universal inter-dAPP announcement channel somewhere? Is there one unified channel for dApp leaders to just notify each other quickly in?
I really need to make a habit to check in here everyday and be more involved.
We have for a long long time and then they changed things up and so now if they're done changing things we're ready to be integrated again we will do it

I contacted @asgarth a couple of days ago, as soon as I found the error. And I think this time it was a change made in condenser (?), not a change by our devs, there have been no major changes as far as I know. I'm not a dev though, so I'm not sure if that is the reason.
