A new at home challenge for you! (way more fun than the push-up challenge 😉) - 10 CROW TOE TAPS. Try to get the knees on the triceps and as close to the arm pits as possible, this helps to keep you from sliding! I like using blocks because it’s a bit easier with the added height. Was aiming for 10, but only got to 9 this time 😅 give it a try and tag me so I can see!
