Happy birthday man! Glad to see you've crested over the hill there hahaha after 30, it's still a lot of fun but birthday's aren't as special as they were in your 20's.
Our 30's are definitely good years because we are able to be a little more focused on things that are important for us such as physical health and strength. We had more strength in our 20's but we sometimes didn't have the ability or time to do it.
