On Saturday I could not claim the cashback because the camera was not working in the app. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Here is suggested resolution for it.

• Try restarting keychain app
• And always refresh the page when you want to claim.
• Sometimes, tap-and-hold on refresh button for few seconds may help you clean caches & local storage.
• With that you'll get latest update for sure.

Where is that update button? Login from keychain
