The answer can't merely be to call people stupid (although at this point it's hardly unfair towards anyone who can believe the shit Powell keeps on stating), but rather to consistently and clearly laying out the reasons why coordinated fraud on the scale necessary to change millions of votes across so many counties is not remotely plausible.
