Underwater Highlight Reel of Galapagos Marine Life

in Threespeaklast month

Check this underwater highlight reel of my six snorkels over this past week in the Galapagos Islands. There are so many incredible creatures here. There are flightless cormorants diving under you looking for food, while marine iguanas scrape algae off the rocks. Sharks and rays glide by, while sea turtles ply the shallows. You could be surrounded by a school of tropical fish one moment...and then have a penguin swim by you like a torpedo the next. It is something you have to see to believe.
So enjoy the video!

Amphibians are losers.
There are mammals, birds, reptiles, different kinds of fish and simpler animals all in the same water and yet not a single frog! :o)

Good eye, Miosha! You won't find too many amphibians in the ocean. They generally don't like the salt water.
