I'm not sure our tomatos grow that high. We just have a few plants. I will see how they go this year and consider this technique.
If you prune them they will grow to over 6 ft, even over 10ft sometimes!
We have a selection of plants of different varieties. I'll see how they go. Hoping for some rain this week, but will water otherwise.

Ahhh..I have to try this. I have been using wire fencing to tie my tomatoes to then they flop over the back side and hang down. It would look so much better (and be healthier for the toms) to use this system! Thanks for explaining it so well. As usual, Tuck is supervising LOL
