We've had our rash of low quality built Condos for the last 25 years and the fallout is still lingering. Legal suits all over, Construction companies go belly up or disappear, Billion$ in insurance payouts, ugly construction tarps everywhere, red tape, retarded govt. action. You take a chance buying a Condo nowadays. Wouldn't touch them. Settling for a old house in the burbs.

Nah we staying in place. Got fans running in living room and dehumidifier running 24/7 ,no mold found as of yet. We’ll see what it is Tuesday when rechecked. I gotta get. Small cottage with a chunk of land! That I do indeed!
The quality indeed is trash everywhere, condos and even some of these mini mansions! It’s like everything and has been corrupted indeed!
