In this video, we will show you a very simple way of cooking sautéed broccoli without MSG.
Preparation time is only 1 minute and cooking time is 6 minutes. It is best for people who are always busy or those who are on a healthy diet.
Ingredients:
1 bunch of broccoli
3 gloves of garlic (minced)
1 tsp of cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat up the pan.
- Add a touch of cooking oil.
- Add in the garlic and sauté for few seconds.
- Add the broccoli, season it with salt and pepper.
- Stir it well before covering for 5 minutes to cook the broccoli.
- Make sure to turn the heat down, you do not want to overcook the broccoli and burn the garlic.
- Serve as a side dish or add as an ingredient to your preferred main course.
