you guys need to improve your audio. Your accent makes it a bit hard to understand and the echo doesn't help. If you had individual boom mics would make it way better. I used to listen to The Linux Action show and their mics was pretty awesome. Here is a link

Yeah, we would love to get some good mics, but we have no budget so we work with what we got at the moment. Also the Podcast with Starkerz wasn't in our studio but in a Hotel so we had to kind of improvise :)
Thank you for the link and your advice :) It will take some time, but we will get there ;)
Maybe you should get a TipJar and explain what you want to have. 2 mics and a mixer with maybe some programable soundboard would be good as well as multiple webcam setup.
