I think you'd be wise to focus on the video game content until your strikes expire, as frustrating as that is. So set your calendar for the 5th of March or something like that. I suspect you're probably safe with streaming mostly anything and hiding a bit of politics in there, at least in theory. Maybe even fine to do long form AIA streams, even though that clearly carries more risk.
It seems to me like whatever is going on with the excessive moderation of your clips must be in part related to the title or tags, possibly in combination with something you've said being picked up through automatic closed captions. The danger is whether youtube will suddenly take issue with any older content you've created, which seems unlikely, but it has already arguably happened with your last strike. Jesus, it must be so fucking infuriating to have your momentum curtailed by something so stupid.
On the bright side, I do think given the dearth of high profile political news in the US post-election cycle will lessen the impact on your channel somewhat. Being forced to ease off politics for a while isn't going to be anywhere near as catastrophic as it could've been when you got the first strike.
I guess the ideal scenario would be to try and harden up your audience then encourage them to migrate somewhat away from youtube toward a platform like this one. In practicality I expect that'll be borderline impossible, given past experiments with convincing people to engage on another platform even when it directly benefits them.
