In a move most probably saw coming, McDonald's has dropped their A.I. powered drive thru partnership with IBM. After many customers have reported problems, made countless videos about it, and generally the A.I. system not working up to corporate needs, McDonald's ended the service.
Oddly, Panda Express, Carl's Jr, and Wendy's have all seen success with their A.I. powered drive thru tests.
