For a long time, I was thinking to talk about a topic which will be informative for you guys. Many people want to know about Kharkiv, about Ukraine. So, after doing some research in Kharkiv, Ukraine, I have decided to share some valuable information with you about Property price, land value, and investment opportunities. I have given information on the basis of the current minimum price as an architect but the price is approximate and always variable according to the locations, environment, and surrounding as well.

Yes, architects know the diversity and real estate business as well and my first initial plan was after completing my master's I will focus on the real estate business in Ukraine. I am doing my own research because I feel it's very important to do skeptical research before any kind of investment. On the other hand, I feel real estate, assets, the property is a safe option rather than other business as well but city context is very important as well.
I like the environment around you very much. Thanks for sharing. Even though I can't afford to buy land there, it's good to know.

Ukraine is a developing country so there are a lot of scopes for investments but on the other hand, GDP is really low which also indicates a high risk of investment as well.
