It takes a unique kind of person nowadays to communicate clearly when something goes a bit left instead of right in a project/process/activity. Lots of people fail to do this when they make promises or deals and can't follow through at the appointed time.
It doesn't affect me directly, but I commend you on this mindset. It shows that you care about your projects and value the people interested in them. :) Good luck with dealing with whatever you are going through.
Truly appreciate your encouraging words my friend.
I was born this way but through my experiences I learned this is the only way to sustain my long term vision for our HIVE
Still learning. Still making mistakes though
That's what community and friends are for.
Long term vision is key here. As long as the end goal is clear, the journey is less disruptive. Over time I have learned that when making mistakes, admitting to them or acknowledging them strengthens your own self confidence and the trust you have with the people around you.
